Pill Defenders

Unwanted visitors keep showing up uninvited, and one determined wave of swimmers after another just won't take a hint. Pill Defenders answers with a tiny, heavily armed contraceptive hero standing between them and their target, playing the whole thing as straight-faced sci-fi melodrama about a very unglamorous biological problem.

You control that hero from a top-down view as enemies pour in automatically, no aiming required beyond positioning. Beating back each wave earns DNA from the fallen, which gets spent between rounds on new weapons and upgrades that make the next wave less of a threat. The loop is short, repeatable, and built around getting incrementally stronger rather than exploring any kind of story beyond its premise.
