Lewdgram respects copyright. We list games and link to files hosted elsewhere. If you own the rights to something on this site and want it removed, send a notice to [email protected].

This page is our process under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Designated agent

What a valid notice must include

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are involved.
  3. The exact URL of the listing on lewdgram.com that you want removed.
  4. Your name, email address, and mailing address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Incomplete notices may be ignored. We do not accept notices that are only a social-media message or a comment on a game page.

What we do

If the notice is complete, we will remove or disable the listing as quickly as we can, usually within 72 hours. We may forward the notice to the person who submitted the listing if we have their contact details.

Removing a page on Lewdgram does not delete files on third-party hosts. You may need to contact those hosts separately.

Counter-notice

If your listing was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you have the right to post it, email [email protected] with:

  • Your signature.
  • The URL that was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and email, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for that address (or for any judicial district in which Lewdgram may be found if you are outside the United States), plus consent to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

We may restore the listing after 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Repeat infringement

We will stop listing material from sources that receive valid, repeated copyright complaints.
