Slay or Lay

Your deck decides two things here: whether you survive the fight, and whether you get laid afterward. Slay or Lay drops that choice into a medieval fantasy world stocked with monster girls and worse, but it wants to be judged as a deckbuilder first.

Runs play out as roguelike card combat, building and rebuilding a deck across encounters where losing has consequences beyond the battlefield. The furry and femdom material sits off to the side of that loop rather than in the middle of it; the game itself says you can walk past it and keep pushing forward if that's not your interest. Scenes for the early trainers and guild characters have been redrawn and voiced with animated Live2D work, so the earlier chapters look and move noticeably better than a first glance might suggest.
