Love Rocket

A timid mouse named Algernon takes on cute animal girls in a competitive electronic sport, and the sport happens to be missile command. Whoever runs the arena decided clothing counts as collateral damage.

Algernon defends his bases while his opponents lob missiles at him, but the real strategy is aiming your own explosions near the girls' outfits. Chain the blasts right and their clothes go up with the bases, piece by piece, until they're standing there with nothing left to defend either.

The loop is straightforward: place your defenses, time your counterstrikes, and manage the battlefield like any missile command game, except victory is measured in how bare your opponent ends up. It's strategy dressed up as a strip game, or maybe the other way around.
