Sinano finds out she's been assigned to the sexual relief department and, after some initial soul-searching, decides to just get on with it calmly. The job runs at night, in the office, with junior colleagues who are also on the roster.

The setup gives you a manager's-eye view of the whole arrangement: Sinano uses her position to organize these after-hours sessions rather than stumble into them, and the game builds its scenes around that quiet, businesslike acceptance of the role rather than any resistance to it.
