High Tide

Two couples get stuck on a drifting boat with no way back to shore, and instead of rationing sanity, they ration each other. When the tension gets to be too much, they draw tickets from the Bowl of Fate to decide who does what to whom.

Every round is a new draw, and every draw bends the four relationships on board a little further out of shape. Dares escalate into confessions, confessions escalate into whatever comes next, and the tide keeps rising while you wait for a rescue that isn't the point of the game.

You play as one of the four, watching the ticket system reshuffle loyalties round by round while also keeping the boat itself alive: fishing, catching rain, building a still, so nobody actually dies of thirst before the story gets anywhere. A character sheet tracks the traits and stats you pick up along the way, and there's a working drink mechanic if someone on board decides sobriety isn't helping.
