Clown Squad

A man built for comedy who cannot physically lie is a bad joke by design, and the world punishes him for it anyway. Cynical, sharp-tongued, and stuck telling the truth in a place that only rewards flattering fiction, he's given one real choice this time around.

The setup pits an honest man against a world of professional liars, performers, and heroes who trade in exaggeration. His mind is fast, his mouth is faster, and neither has ever gotten him anywhere good. Now he decides whether to keep absorbing the abuse or start dishing consequences back, with women in the story reacting to which version of him shows up.

There's no branching to speak of here, the story plays out as a straight kinetic novel, so the reading is the whole game: dialogue-heavy scenes, one harem's worth of women drawn in the usual big-breasted, big-ass 3DCG style, and at least one monster girl thrown into the mix for good measure. The humor carries most scenes, with romance and the occasional solo moment filling the gaps. It's an early chapter, short enough to finish in one sitting, with the rest of the story still being written.
