Her Gentle Hands on You

A close friend asks the protagonist to help with her massage training, and he says yes without telling his girlfriend a thing. It's the setup everyone's imagined at least once, and the game knows it.

From there, choices steer how far things go and with whom, since the story branches based on what you pick along the way. Relationships between the characters aren't fixed either, and you can rename and redefine them yourself, which is a small touch that makes the whole thing feel more like your own mess to clean up.

You play as the protagonist, making decisions that shape which women end up close to him and how those bonds develop over time. It's a visual novel built around consequence and preference rather than a fixed script, so two players' versions of this story can end up looking quite different.
