About
A training session between Tsunade and Sakura takes a detour when Tsunade decides a forbidden jutsu is the answer to a kidnapping threat, turning herself futa in the process. It's a Naruto parody that treats ninja logic as an excuse for the transformation rather than the other way around.
Once the jutsu is in play, Tsunade starts finding it hard to put away. Other characters have their own opinions about that, and the game builds its scenes around the pushback and the temptation rather than letting her use it freely. Beyond that thread, it follows familiar beats from the source anime, reshaped around the same joke.
Play is straightforward scene-to-scene visual novel stuff: watch the setup unfold, get to the payoff, move to the next one. The parody framing does the heavy lifting instead of any real branching or systems.
