Fall of Haven

You play an angel of Haven, betrothed to a human, who comes home from duty to find the realm gutted and yourself among the last defenders left standing. The setup is grim rather than jokey: figure out what tore Haven apart, or become one more casualty of the corruption you were sworn to fight.

That corruption isn't just a story beat, it's the mechanic. Fall of Haven tracks status effects, body modifications, and transformations as your character is worn down, altered, or remade by what she encounters, with combat and exploration built around managing how far you've slipped. It's built to be run entirely with a mouse, one hand free, which tells you exactly what the designers expect you to be doing with the other one.
