Bubblegum Apartments

An inheritance turns into leverage the moment a stepmother freezes the funds, and the only capital left is what the tenants don't want seen. The building becomes a business plan: cameras in the wrong places, a young man deciding how far he'll go to stay solvent.

The setup is straightforward exploitation dressed up as necessity. Locked out of his own money, the protagonist starts monetizing the private lives of the people living above and below him, turning private moments into content for an audience that pays for exactly that.

Play moves through the building point-and-click style, checking in on residents, catching what they'd rather keep hidden, and deciding how to use it, whether that means selling the footage, leaning on someone directly, or working an angle to get further into their lives. Relationships bend under money and blackmail rather than romance, and the balance of power tilts constantly depending on who's watching whom. It runs on a phone as easily as a desktop, which suits its voyeuristic, check-in-between-tasks structure.
