Black Gold – Shining Town

Fired from your corporate job one day, handed a dead uncle's company and his entire city the next. That's the setup here, and fate's idea of a fair trade comes with strings attached.

The inheritance isn't free. Your uncle's will spells out a list of "objectives" to complete before the fortune is officially yours, and the note is blunt about what that entails: less brainwork, more stamina. So you take over his business and start working through the town's residents and problems to satisfy conditions nobody else got to read in advance.

Day to day, you're running the company and managing the town while getting to know the women in it, building up relationships that move from teasing and groping to the rest, one objective at a time. It plays like a dating sim wrapped around a management sandbox, with the harem angle less a subplot and more the entire point of the inheritance.
