There's no big mystery or villain here, just a slow shift in how he sees the people around him, nudged along by a decision to stop working and start paying attention.

You move through his days in point-and-click sandbox fashion, choosing who to spend time with and how far to push things, watching familiarity tip into flirtation and then further. The game keeps things grounded in that one household-and-family orbit rather than sending you off on some sprawling adventure, and it says outright that there's no NTR to worry about.
