‘Tis The Reason

Divorce papers and holiday lights don't mix well, and that's exactly the mess you're stuck in. The marriage is over, the make-up sex stopped fixing anything a while back, and now you're spending the season figuring out what comes next.

Set against that unglamorous breakup, the story follows your first steps back into single life during the coldest, most sentimental time of year. It's an origin point more than a resolution: six episodes are planned, this is the first, and only two of the four romanceable characters are actually in play so far.

You move through the days point-and-click style, picking where to go and who to spend time with as those early connections start to form. Nothing here is rushed toward a payoff; the sandbox structure just gives you room to poke around a life that's still resettling itself after the divorce.
