You start with a playful Goblin girl, the only waifu on offer for now, though the game makes clear she's just the first entry in a roster that's meant to grow with more races and characters down the line.

Clicking peels off her clothes bit by bit, and random drops hand you new outfits to dress her in afterward. A personal wardrobe lets you mix and match whatever you've unlocked, so the loop becomes less about the tapping itself and more about building out her look between rounds of undressing her again.
