A grumpy, proud illustrator shares a house with the guy who refuses to give up on her, and that stubbornness is the whole engine of this demo. It plays it for warmth more than melodrama, with humor cutting through the prickliness.

Lili doesn't want help and doesn't trust easily, so the story is about wearing down that guard without breaking her pride in the process. The demo covers her arc start to finish, insecurities included, with the house itself as the thing at stake if you can't earn her trust.

Day to day you're managing time, money, and Lili's whereabouts around the house while nudging the relationship forward through the sandbox structure, with future girls expected to move into the same house and systems later on.
