About
Building a criminal empire here means running illegal businesses, taking territory from rival gangs, and putting girls to work for you along the way. The tone is straightforward mafia-boss power fantasy, no apologies about it.
There's no real story beyond the setup: you start with nothing and end up controlling the streets, gang by gang, territory by territory. The current build ties that progress to specific rivals, with a finishing video after clearing out one boss's turf.
Day to day it plays as management: expand operations, staff them, send crews against rival-held ground, and spend the proceeds on growing further. Content gets added in waves, so the empire you're running now is bigger than the one at launch, and it's still being built out.
