About
Inheriting his grandfather's apartment building comes with a catch: the place is genuinely cursed, and the new manager has to deal with whatever that means while also trying to run it like a normal landlord.
Between the strange occurrences, life keeps happening anyway, including a growing relationship with a woman living in the building. The building's problems and the romance don't stay separate for long.
Day to day, you're managing tenants and quests around the building while the story branches based on your choices, building toward an ending you have some say in. Progress comes through dialogue-heavy scenes and the odd illustrated moment when things between the manager and his neighbor get more personal.
