Build your own captive and figure out exactly where they're most ticklish. You customize the character, then work them over with hands, brushes, and feathers, switching between multiple restraint poses and devices to find the right angle. There's no combat and no dialogue tree, just a laboratory setup built entirely around watching someone squirm.

The loop is closer to a doll-house toy than a story: pick a tool, pick a pose, watch the reaction, adjust. It plays like a point-and-click fidget box dressed up as a prison, with the "gameplay" being whatever setup gets the best response out of your subject.
