Rock bottom is the starting point, not a plot twist to build toward. Lucas, an ex-convict, opens the story, with a second protagonist's path still to come, and the two are meant to intertwine as things move forward.

The setup puts the weight of these people's futures on you: nudge them toward redemption or watch them stay stuck in the same patterns that put them here. It's less about a single hero's arc and more about how one person's choices ripple into the lives closest to them.

You play through Lucas's routine and relationships as a visual novel, picking dialogue and choices that steer how he treats the people around him, with the second character's storyline set to fold in once it arrives.
