The Insexibles

Superheroes who died before their own story even started get a second act here — one where their powers get turned against them in ways the source material never dared. It's a spicier alternate-dimension take on the genre, less interested in saving the world than in watching its heroes get taken apart.

The premise runs on that one twist: characters who were supposed to be dead weight in the original canon instead get explored in full, their fates rewritten and their struggles put front and center as consequences catch up with them.

Play moves through a sandbox structure with turn-based combat standing in for the usual superhero showdowns, letting you push these corrupted heroes toward one of several endings. Powers matter here less as a fantasy and more as leverage, and the game leans into that with a male protagonist steering events from the driver's seat throughout.
