About

A kid turns eighteen with a father he wants to make pay and a mother and sister he needs to pull out of a bad situation. He fixes it the only way the setting allows: by picking up a weapon and becoming an adventurer.

The revenge plot sits underneath a fantasy world where combat and travel open into romance and dating on the side, so the household drama and the monster fights end up sharing the same map. Between jobs he's building relationships with the women around him, some of it wholesome, some of it messier than that.

Day to day it plays as an RPG with light sandbox freedom: take quests, fight monsters across dungeon floors, gather materials, and manage a small roster of companions and relationships as you go. New areas, monster types, and character scenes get added incrementally rather than dropped all at once, so the world grows floor by floor instead of arriving finished.

One of the objectives of the quest Alana Part 2 has been changed. Now, when you reach Blue Balls level 4, an automatic event will trigger.
New dialogues were added and some others were replaced in the quest Alana Part 2.
Name code was wrong in some of Vanessa’s dialogues.

The payment from Adalian for his request has been increased.
When the player completed the Rank D quest without doing Guild Quest 3, it caused a bug that made Quest 5 unavailable. Now, completing the Rank D quest also counts as if Quest 3 was already completed.

Revision and improvement of the book texts
Dialogues from versions 0.0.1 and 0.0.2 revised
The dialogue revision alone took me a whole month, so I hope it turned out well.
Adjustment to the Green Slime’s defense: +5 physical defense, -5 magical defense
Improved defense rate for Leona and the Protagonist when they are secondary characters
Now, when you sleep more than 3 hours, Leona and other companions recover health and mana
New item: Battle Instructions (shows attack, defense, and other keys)
New Equip Skill Menu: you can now equip skills outside of battle, with new skill info as well
Hunger and stamina bars now show numerical values
Stamina now increases with CON talent points: every 5 levels of CON adds +50 stamina
New foods, with updated descriptions
New potions: HP, MP, Revive, Antidote, and Stamina

Improved item descriptions: armor/weapons requiring training now show this in their description. For now, you can’t use gear that requires training.

New dialogue from Nono, giving tips about buying the necessary items for gathering monster resources. (It was already in the quest descriptions, but some players kept forgetting or not reading the quests.)
Selling wood now pays more: 1 wood used to sell for 1 copper, now it sells for 2. I know it’s not much, but it fits the world balance, where common people earn little – one of the reasons why the protagonist wants to become an adventurer: to earn more.
The inn is now open from 12 PM until 3 AM.

Old save files will bug the game. A plugin that caused bugs in some combat skills has been removed, and a new one has been added. The game won’t recognize old saves and may freeze when entering combat with them. Other changes to the game’s code may also cause bugs in old saves.
Fixed:
Berserk skill bug that froze the game.
Various dialogue errors, including incorrect character relationship names.
Temple bug where some players couldn’t talk to Thea. I’ve made changes to fix this issue—hopefully it won’t occur anymore.
Leona's objective 16 showing up earlier than it should.
Several other small bugs.
I’ve started reviewing the dialogues from version 0.0.1. I planned to release the revision now, but there are too many dialogues, and version 0.0.2’s dialogues also need revision, so I’ll leave that for the next update.
The next version will be much bigger than this one, with new monsters and characters, so it may take more time to release than this one.

Fixed Alana’s quest where meeting her at night in the house and then sleeping with her didn’t advance the day.
