Soka language: Cultural invasion, religion, brainwashing

A foreign faith called the Light of Salvation is quietly converting the sealed nation of Kamui village by village, and nobody in power notices until the damage is already spreading. The tone stays serious about it, more concerned with creeping cultural erosion than shock value.

Kamui has lived isolated and content under its guardian deity Hiiragi no Kotama, policed by the Imperial Guard who keep regional lords in line. When the new religion starts reshaping remote communities with foreign customs, the deity sends Imperial Guard officer Himeki Kyōka out to investigate, paired uneasily with Amagumi Rei, an outlaw pulled in under strange circumstances. What starts as a loyalty mission turns into both women having to face pasts they've been avoiding, with the country's fate riding on how they handle it.

Play follows the two investigators as they move through Kamui's threatened regions, an RPG structure where exploration and confrontation double as the vehicle for corruption and mind-control themes taking hold of the population, tangled up with transformation and pregnancy elements as the invasion spreads. It leans on the tension between faith, control, and identity rather than treating any of it as background noise.
