Reborn

A kid picked up off the street by strangers who become his guardians somehow talks his way into an elite college for rich kids, despite spending his teenage years working instead of studying. The game itself shrugs at the cliché, admitting there are plenty of college stories out there but you can never have enough of them.

The mystery is the point: how a poor, uneducated street kid gets into a school built for money and pedigree, what actually happened to his real parents, and why he ended up abandoned in the first place. Surviving in a world of people who've never known poverty is its own problem, and whether he ends up with friends, love, or neither is left to the choices you make along the way.

Play centers on those choices, moving through the story and its social world while decisions steer who he grows close to and how far those relationships go. The game is still being built out act by act, adding new scenes and polish rather than arriving finished.
