Morikawa has ten days left before his mother ships the family off to America to reunite with his father, and he has no say in the matter. He'd like a girlfriend before he goes, but ten days feels like a joke of a deadline — he doesn't yet know some deity has other plans for him.

The countdown premise carries the whole thing: a normal school life cut short, a wish made half-seriously, and a divine nudge that turns his last stretch of ordinary days into something else entirely.

It plays like a standard visual novel: read, choose, watch the school-setting romance unfold with voiced dialogue and 2D art carrying the mood. The protagonist is inexperienced and it shows, and the intimacy that follows is censored rather than explicit.
