Lustworld

You start at the bottom of Elaris: a slave, a prisoner, or bleeding out on the arena sand, and the game actually lets that opening decide how the next few hours read. It's a text-based fantasy RPG that leans hard on its character creator — species, body, gender, all of it rewritable later if you change your mind about who you're playing.

Getting out of the hole means working the city from underneath it. Five guilds and three scheming Houses control what doors open, reputation decides which ones slam shut, and the cast around you reacts to who you actually are rather than who you started as.

Day to day you're fighting timed combat, running dungeons, and picking up odd work for coin while building a name for yourself, one way or another. The kink list runs through slavery, corruption, feminization, transformation, and prostitution, and the game frames it as a real question: does the world bend to you, or do you bend to it.
