Night Shift: Secrets

A job offer from a company called GAZON turns out to be the easy part; the actual work is a night guard shift at a warehouse that only pretends to be a delivery operation. The contract's rules are strange on purpose: show up exactly at shift start, don't leave before it ends, don't ask too much about what you're bringing in or out.

The warehouse is empty in the way that makes you check over your shoulder anyway, all buzzing lights and the sense that something with a lot of teeth and curves is watching from just out of view. Whatever GAZON actually does at night, it isn't deliveries, and the guard is stuck there until dawn either way.

Play sticks to the shift itself: patrol the warehouse, deal with a supervisor whose instructions come with too many caveats, and run into whatever the place actually keeps in its dark. Expect voiced encounters with something large, monstrous, and not remotely interested in a fair fight, closer to being cornered and toyed with than any kind of mutual arrangement. The horror framing stays intact even when things turn explicit, which is its own kind of consistency.
