Naughty Neighbours

Phil's off on a two-month work trip, and suddenly Susan Murray, upstanding pillar of the neighborhood, is running the kids' schedules, her volunteer commitments, and a household with nobody watching how she spends her evenings. That's an opening the game is happy to walk through slowly.

The story tracks how far Susan drifts once the usual restraints are gone. Playing the faithful, respectable wife is still on the table, but so is giving in to whatever's been sitting under the surface, and the new family next door with their own secrets adds another door for her to open or leave shut.

You steer Susan's choices between the two poles, deciding scene by scene whether she stays the woman everyone in the community thinks she is. Progress comes in slow, deliberate chunks rather than a rush of content, so don't expect the story to sprint through its own setup.
