Mother Village

The story picks up in chapter four with the hero standing outside Ava's front door, refusing to go in while the night outside keeps getting worse. Ava and her daughter Lilly are trying everything to coax their alpha dog through that same door, but the dog won't move an inch. Then Ava turns up a videotape nobody in the house remembers buying, labeled How to Train Your Dog Episode 1: Bully, and the question becomes whether that tape gets the dog inside or turns the whole night into something else entirely.

That thread sits on top of what came before. Chapter three follows three mothers in the village through a night none of them asked for, one stitched together from nightmares, lust, and plain fear, and each of them ends up at the church without knowing the others did too. Whether they can tell each other the truth about what happened, and whether any of them were as innocent as they claim, is left hanging rather than answered outright. Chapter two picks up right after the opening chapter, with the hero settling into town life alongside a nun who has just arrived, and the town itself never quite settles on whether he's a good neighbor or the worst thing that's happened to it.

The game is built as a running chapter series rather than one finished story, with each new release adding another piece to the mothers' and the hero's shared night. There's no separate route-picking or branching map to manage here, just one town, one thread, and one bad night stretched across several updates.
