Cyber Ronin: Lust

A mercenary known only by his blade slices his way through Lust City's neon underworld, a place where business, prostitution, and contract killing run the whole show. Snake is the swordsman, called the Cyber Ronin for the katana he never puts down, and the tone stays grim even when the city itself is dressed up like a playground.

A woman with a job offer pulls him into the real plot: people across the city have started vanishing, then turning up again changed, violent, no longer themselves. Snake's told to find out why, which means cutting through whatever and whoever stands in the way of an answer.

Combat plays out in turn-based exchanges as Snake works through enemies and monster girls alike, with side-scrolling and platforming sections linking the fights together and puzzle bits breaking up the pace. Between confrontations there's room for the other side of his reputation, coaxing favor from the women he meets rather than just fighting his way past them. This build is an initial release, so treat it as the opening slice of a larger cut rather than the finished city.
