Massive, hyper-proportioned heroines throw themselves at hordes of monsters while the screen fills with bodies and gunfire, and nobody involved is wearing much. It plays like a straightforward survivor roguelite wearing an uncensored skin.

The loop is the familiar one: pick a character, wade into an endless swarm, build power as you go, and see how deep you can push a run before it collapses under you. Combat stays fast and constant, with fantasy monsters, tentacled things, and other big threats crowding the screen. Survive long enough and the game peels back into fully explicit scenes as a reward for pushing further, so the action and the payoff are tied to the same clock. There's no separate story mode hiding behind the combat, just runs, builds, and the next unlock.
