Picks up right where the first game left off. You're back on the job for The Pink Answer, the organization that identifies society's undesirables and converts them into obedient transwomen for a very exclusive clientele. Your last patient worked out well enough to earn you a promotion, and now you've got a new one.

The job hasn't changed, just the stakes. You manage the transformation of your assigned target through Fempils, a drug that slowly turns a man into a sissy transwoman, but only if the conditions around each dose are right. That's the actual work: watching for those circumstances and steering the process rather than just clicking through cutscenes.

It's a visual novel built on forced feminization as its whole engine, not a side flavor, so the loop stays narrow and deliberate rather than branching into unrelated content.
