Loving Life Guidance

Inheriting the family's educational group, the new chairman starts small: quietly guiding female students through their daily lives, one rule violation at a time. His reputation grows, and he's soon transferred between a prestigious girls' school, a sports academy, and an international school full of demi-humans.

The setup stays the same wherever he lands. Students treat adults as furniture and school rules as suggestions, including the one about white underwear. But inexperience is inexperience: point out an infraction, pat a head, offer a small gift, and the naive ones open up fast. From there the chairman decides just how far his position lets him take their education.

The loop is guidance dressed up as authority, moving school to school as the girls (and the occasional futa student) get walked through lessons the handbook never covered.
