Laurie and the Lewd Town

A big-breasted protagonist splits her time between a part-time job and a quest to take down the final boss, which is a strange pairing but the game commits to it without much fuss.

The setup gives her two tracks to juggle: the mundane grind of work and the loftier goal of taking on whatever final boss is waiting at the end. Neither side gets over-explained, so the plot mostly exists to justify moving between the two.

Day to day, the loop leans on simple 2D scenes and dialogue as she works, earns her way through the town, and runs into the game's cast along the route toward that boss fight. The town itself does a lot of the heavy lifting for tone, with encounters built around her situation rather than around any deep branching choices. It's a small, blunt little game that knows exactly what it's offering and doesn't pretend otherwise.
