Nokubo is a small town, and growing up there means sharing a house with a mother who's a lot harder to ignore than a mother should be. The setup is blunt about that discomfort rather than coy about it.

The story follows the protagonist through the awkward stretch between adolescence and adulthood, with living alone with his mom as the central complication rather than a background detail.

Play centers on a sandbox town to move through, with the domestic setup at home as the throughline connecting whatever else Nokubo has to offer. It's a first release, so what's here is the starting point, not the finished shape.
