I Want to Be Milked by the Seduction Club Members

Boys keep vanishing from Higashikoi Academy, and nobody talks about why. Then a date night goes wrong, a group calling itself the Seduction Club jumps the protagonist, and he finds out the school has a whole other layer running underneath it.

From there it's a straightforward push to find out who's behind the disappearances and why the club only wants the male students, with turn-based fights standing between him and the answers. The club members don't just fight fair, either; expect the encounters to lean into domination and teasing as much as combat.
