I Want to Be a Sponge!

You die saving a busload of children, get offered one wish for your next life, and ask to come back as a sponge. Not a hero, not a prince, a sponge, dedicated entirely to scrubbing beautiful women for the rest of eternity. The afterlife grants it, and it turns out the waifus have plans that go well past a good lather.

The setup is exactly that dumb and exactly that sincere about it: a cosmic reward system that hands you the most useless-sounding second chance imaginable, then lets the women you're assigned to clean decide the scrubbing isn't really the point.

You spend your reincarnation floating from waifu to waifu, washing them down in fully modeled 3D and reading the room as things drift from hygiene to groping, oral, and toys once they stop pretending they just wanted a bath. Content ships zone by zone rather than all at once, so the sponge's world grows a little at a time instead of arriving finished.
