Heart Of Passion

Tom just wants to get along with everyone. He lives with his family, splits his time between college and a cafeteria job, and does photography on the side because it's the one thing he actually enjoys.

His oldest friend Olivia, his landlord's daughter, is warm with him outside school and cold the moment they're on campus, and Tom puts up with the whiplash because of something she once gave him. Add in the people at school who've figured out he won't push back, and Tom is stuck deciding whether to keep absorbing all of it or finally stop being the easy target. The story is adapted from the manhwa Queen Bee, and it plays that dynamic straight rather than for laughs.

You move through Tom's days as choices rather than actions: how much he lets Olivia get away with, whether he stands up to the people bullying him, and which version of himself he ends up building. It's an early release, so the current build is short, a couple hundred stills and a pair of animated scenes, with the rest of Tom's decision still ahead of it.
