Hot Therapy

Guests come in with problems, you fix them with your hands, and somewhere between the massage table and the therapy talk clothes start coming off. You play a therapist whose whole job description is cracking joints and easing tension in women who show up stressed and leave otherwise.

The loop runs on relationship progress: pay attention to a guest's specific issue, work through the massage and cracking therapy sessions, and better rapport opens up new positions down the line. Both first-person and third-person views are on offer, so you can watch your own hands work or step back and watch the whole session play out.

It's built as a sandbox rather than a fixed story, so there's no arc to follow, just guests, sessions, and whatever you unlock by actually listening to them.
