Holy Avatar: The Ancient Rituals and the Twin Worlds

Creations, feral things with no origin story, have been turning up worldwide, and nobody can explain why. Then Nozomi Shirahashi shows up, and the world quietly stops making sense the way it used to.

Her arrival is the thread that pulls everything else loose: the source of the Creations, and a second world sitting in some other dimension, both get dragged into the light through her.

Playing as Nozomi, you move through a sandbox structure investigating what the Creations actually are, and the monsters, tentacled things, and worse that populate that inquiry are not interested in a clean escape. The rituals, humiliation, and transformation elements sit exactly where you'd expect once the other world starts bleeding into this one.
