Every trip in this game boils down to one job: walk a set number of meters to hand off drugs to a dealer, one press of Z at a time, through streets that would rather eat you than let you pass. It plays it straight as a grind, not a joke.

The setup is just that delivery run. You can take the safer route or cut through dangerous streets for more ground per step, and there's a biker who'll skip you to the end if you can pay his price.

Each step can flip into combat, a vendor, a buyer, a break-in, a diner, or a dog willing to fool around if you don't mind spending health on it. Combat runs turn-based with four choices: kick, negotiate, tempt, or pull a weapon, and dropping an enemy's alert to zero lets you tempt your way into stealing their gear instead of fighting for it. Running is an option too, if Escape works out. Hunger ticking to 0% starts draining your HP with every step, and letting arousal max out ends the run outright, so the walk itself is the real enemy. The overview is upfront that this is unfinished, bugs and all, so treat it as a work in progress rather than a finished delivery route.
