Happy Birthday SEXpecial

Your birthday starts with cake, a mother handing you an invitation to make grandchildren, and a son dutiful enough to take that job seriously. From there it's twenty-seven girls pulled from anime and games, each one there to wish you happy birthday in the most literal, biological way the premise allows.

There isn't much plot beyond that setup. It's a mother's request, a son's compliance, and a parade of familiar faces lined up to receive it, told with a straight face about a distinctly unserious situation.

You move through the girls one after another, working toward the birthday your mother had in mind for you. It's a checklist dressed as a visual novel, and it never pretends otherwise.
