Growing Pains: The Heart’s Measure

Hana's chest grows whenever she falls for someone, which is a genuinely inconvenient superpower for a shy art student trying not to draw attention to herself. The visual novel treats her emotional swings as literal body horror wrapped in a romance plot, and it plays that premise straight rather than winking at it.

The story follows Hana as her attraction to her new classmate Ren intensifies, and so does the condition she can't control. She has to keep dating him, keep hiding what's happening to her body, and figure out whether self-acceptance is even possible when her insecurities show up as physical changes she didn't ask for.

Play consists of reading through Hana's routine with Ren, choosing how she responds emotionally, and watching those choices feed directly into the transformation mechanic rather than sitting off to the side as flavor text. There's no separate stat-grinding loop here; the growth is the story's engine, not a side reward.
