Gift of Hedone

A small town blacksmith trades the forge for a sword and shield, swinging through a side-scrolling world where every enemy could double as a lover. It plays it straight-faced about the premise while leaning hard into the fantasy pin-up cast.

The setup is simple: someone has to leave the shop behind and go meet the busty, breedable population of wherever this adventure takes place. That's the whole plot, and it doesn't pretend otherwise.

You move left to right through 2D stages, fighting monsters in real time as the blacksmith-turned-adventurer, with combat encounters doubling as the game's excuse to introduce its cast of sexy characters. Expect a straightforward action-RPG loop rather than a branching visual novel. One odd bit of housekeeping worth knowing: the game locks you out with a password screen on launch before you even get to the fighting.
