About
Roy — or Kim, depending on how the player casts the lead — trades stories for a living and lives with a stepmother who can't stay sober long enough to remember her partner is dead. Lorene mistakes the protagonist for him whenever she's drunk, and the protagonist has stopped resisting.
That arrangement is the whole problem. Waiting for a chance to pull Lorene out of her addiction, the PC keeps giving in to her instead, sliding into the kind of dependency that looks like devotion and isn't. Then a neural-interface game left behind by a late parent turns up, offering a clean way out: a fantasy world run by futanari mommies, built to feel like relief. It isn't one. The device drags both of them toward the same collapse it claims to solve.
Structurally it's a sandbox split between two spaces — the strained household with Lorene and the simulated world the neural device opens up — and the player moves between them, managing Lorene's spirals in one and working through the fantasy setting's cast of dominant futanari women in the other. There's no pretending the two halves don't feed each other.
