You take the job at a tavern popular with adventurers, and from there the game is about the people who walk through the door: co-workers and regulars whose backstories unfold as you get to know them.

Day to day you're serving customers and chatting up the cast, with bond levels that gate deeper conversations, story branches, and the eventual NSFW payoff. Choices matter enough that the bigger relationship arcs come with multiple endings, so a wrong pick can close a door for good.
