Evening Survivor

A town collapses into another world overnight, and the old rulers come back to claim it. Kitakagura Kurusu watches her friends get torn apart and violated by monstrous things before she alone crawls out of the wreckage, covered in what used to be her friends, with one plan left: survive and pay it back.

That's the whole setup, and the game doesn't dress it up much beyond it. Ahoro City becomes hostile ground, its creatures territorial and cruel, and Kurusu has to move through it while everything from monsters to men treats her as prey rather than a person. Survival here isn't triumphant; it's grim, humiliating, and often out of her control, in keeping with the story's opening massacre.

Play centers on getting Kurusu through hostile encounters and city spaces where danger comes from monsters and people alike, with her vow to avenge her friends as the thread pulling her forward. The tone stays bleak rather than empowering, and the game doesn't pretend otherwise.
