About
Jack Jensen rolls into the City of Little Regina chasing leads on his friend Alexandra's missing sister, Lucy, and instead finds himself pulled into the lives of a stubborn soccer player named Jessie, her roommate Christa, a deputy sheriff with more heart than her badge suggests, and a cat called Loki who seems to know more than he should.
The search for Lucy becomes secondary fairly fast. Jack and Jessie drift toward each other despite living in different worlds, and that pull drags up secrets belonging to all three of them. The game keeps circling back to consequences: what Jack does, who he protects, who he doesn't, and how far he lets whatever's inside him take over.
Choices steer Jack between trying to make things right and giving in to something worse, and those choices land on the people around him, not just on him. It's framed plainly as a story where you can't save everyone, so the decisions carry weight instead of being cosmetic.
