Estella Magic Academy

Stella can't control her magic, and it's wrecking her grades at the Estella Magic Academy. One more failed exam and she's out, so the school seals her power entirely and sets her back to square one, learning from scratch under a special assignment meant to fix her before finals do.

The setup is a countdown: pass the end of year exams or get expelled, with no shortcuts since her magic is gone until she relearns it. That framing gives her progress somewhere to go instead of just existing as an excuse for the rest of the game.

Play moves through the academy grounds and its cast in sandbox fashion, with Stella's training, obligations, and the people (and things) she runs into along the way steadily pushing her toward corruption rather than mastery. The fantasy setting brings monsters and tentacles into the mix, and the game doesn't pretend her path back to competence stays clean.
