Escorted Office

A fat, still-virgin twenty-something lands an HR job at a utility company branch in Subtown and now has to manage a workplace full of women he's too scared to talk to. His plan to get over that fear starts, awkwardly, with an escort.

The story follows his attempts to fumble past his own comfort zone, one uncomfortable interaction at a time, before he's ready to try anything with actual coworkers.

Day to day you're running the branch and steering him toward small, nervy interactions with the women around him, building up his nerve rather than throwing him straight into anything. This is an early proof of concept covering just the intro and a first pass at the gameplay loop, so treat it as a starting point rather than a finished workplace.
